To work as efficiently as possible, therefore, I’d like to automate my tasks and integrate them in a workflow so that I no longer have to think about them. This inspired me to launch my own start-up, Shubidu AG: Shubidu is a family calendar app, where you can enter all the various activities and appointments of your family members, including children, grant access to other members of your family and share with other parents. My vision is for the app to simplify life for as many families as possible. I very much appreciate the fact that, thanks to job sharing and flexible working hours at Swisscom, I have been able to balance my family life, an interesting management role as well as a start-up. I have a great deal of passion for my work and am a naturally curious person. The more hats I am able to wear, the greater the sense of enrichment for me.
