The best thing for me is when a customer leaves the Shop with a smile on their face because they are pleased with the service.
I’m motivated by the fact that I can help people by giving them good advice. Commitment and honesty are important to me: I try to understand the customer’s situation so that I can suggest the right product or service for them. And I like a challenge and enjoy developing further. The Swisscom Shop is a great place for me; our sector is really dynamic. I am an extrovert and I have always loved communicating with others, even as a child. At the end of my working day, I take a break from all the talking and try to clear my head and relax. I do this by going for a run or working out at the gym.
