The Connect Mobile Shop Test carried out checks at 78 shops in 13 towns and cities across Switzerland, examining criteria including shop layout and facilities, ambiance, attitude of shop staff and the quality of tariff, device and service advice given. According to Connect, Swisscom has a number of outstanding Shops in Switzerland, with the one in Lugano ranking the most impressive.
Swisscom also ensures it only offers customers in the digital sector the best of service: in September, the My Swisscom app was named as winner of the Connect Service App Test for the second time in a row. The app came top in the security test and was awarded first place in Switzerland and in the overall test ranking across all countries.
