We want to drive forward digitalisation in Switzerland and enable digital penetration in everyday life. Everyone in Switzerland must be able to communicate at all times in both public and private settings and take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalisation. To make this possible, we see it as our duty to train users in the competent and safe use of digital media.
We support children and young people in dealing with the new possibilities. Like the working population, senior citizens should also recognise the opportunities that the information society has to offer them.
With the help of our measures, we repeatedly draw the attention of the target groups in their various roles (young people, parents, working people, teachers, grandparents) to the opportunities and risks of digitalisation. We are convinced that this will promote an information society that is value-adding and secure.
We provide everyone in Switzerland with secure and barrier-free access to the digital world. By 2025 at the latest, we will be helping two million people a year to use digital media.
We are committed to ensuring that the entire population of Switzerland can learn how to use media sensibly and we actively support them in this. To this end, we have developed a comprehensive range of training courses. Our employees provide excellent service to our customers every day. In return, we offer them an appreciative environment with attractive working conditions, flexible working models and numerous opportunities for further training. We promote diversity and combat all forms of discrimination.
