How do the insurance subscriptions work?
You choose your insurance and cover, take out everything conveniently online and pay your premium monthly via your Swisscom bill. If you no longer need an insurance subscription or part of it, you can adjust your insurance online at any time.
What makes Swisscom's offer different from conventional insurance policies?
The insurance policies are offered on a subscription basis: You can take out, adjust and cancel them digitally. You also pay the premium monthly with your Swisscom bill. There is no additional paper in your letterbox and no additional mail in your inbox.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
You can cancel with two weeks' notice to the end of any month. With the exception of travel insurance and rental deposit insurance. Travel insurance can only be canceled monthly after one year. Rental deposit insurance can only be terminated in consultation with your landlord.
Example: In the event of a claim of CHF 2,000, you only have to pay the deductible of CHF 200.
What happens in the event of a claim?
You can report any damage conveniently and easily via the My Swisscom App and will be directed to the right place. The insurance experts from our partners, such as Zurich or AXA, will then handle the claim.

How do I know which subscription is right for me?
