4 steps to ensure optimum test results

  1. Update your smartphone

    Make sure that there are no updates pending for any of the apps.

  2. Close all apps

    Most programs use the Internet. Also exit the anti-virus program.

  3. Connect to the WLAN

    Switch on WLAN on your smartphone and the Internet-Box.

  4. Remove all other devices from the Internet-Box

    Make sure that there are no devices connected to the Internet-Box. Switch off all devices (TV, TV-Box, Smart Home, etc.) that are connected to the WLAN.
