This saves time and provides insights that allow us to provide our customers with an even better experience.

AI and ethics

Artificial intelligence presents completely new challenges for ethics and sustainability. In 2014, Swisscom set up an ethics committee to oversee all projects that process large amounts of data. The requirements and processes are constantly being developed in a transparent manner.
