Swisscom and its social partners reach an agreement

The salary increase of 1% will take effect from 1 April 2020 for the 14,000 Swisscom employees subject to the collective employment agreement. The salary increases are based on the employee’s current position in the salary band and individual performance. One-off payments will be made to employees at the upper end of the salary band. This agreement also takes account of inflation.
