Getting your mobile phone or another device repaired

  1. Take your broken device to your nearest Swisscom Shop. Back up all data beforehand
  2. We’ll send it in for you.
  3. If the device is a mobile phone, you will receive a free replacement device from us.
  4. Our certified partners will check the damage and repair the broken device using original manufacturer parts.
  5. We’ll notify you as soon as your device has been repaired and is ready to collect. You’ll receive a six-month guarantee on the repair.

You can have HP and Microsoft devices repaired directly by the manufacturer. Please contact their support team to arrange this.

For some repairs, we have to reset your device to the factory settings, which deletes all your data. You should therefore back up all data before sending your device for repair.

If you encounter technical problems or have difficulty backing up your data, our experts at My Service (premium service) can assist you.

Replacing your Internet or TV-Box

If you want to switch to a new router or a new TV-Box, order a new Internet or TV-Box. You can return our old box free of charge.
