  • Apple (from iOS 9.0) or Android (from Android 5.0) smartphone
  • At least a Swisccom private clients or SME subscription (mobile, fixed network, Internet) or prepaid
  • A Swisscom or NATEL® login (the same you use for the customer center)

My Swisscom is not working for Enterprise clients and SME accounts with more than 50 mobile connections (prepaid or mobile subscriptions).
