It is very easy to manage your subscription in My Swisscom (Customer Center). Just sign in with your personal login and enter your phone number under ‘Profile > Advanced topics: Register business mobile’. You will then need to enter the code you receive by SMS.
Go to My Swisscom, click ‘Set up Swisscom Login’ and follow the instructions. If you have any questions, our Service Desk will be happy to help.
Please note: If you already have a personal Swisscom Login, use this to manage your NATEL® go subscription. Please do not create a login with the same name and a different home address.
My Swisscom allows you to manage your SIM card, subscription, bills and costs yourself at any time.
If you use DaaS (Device as a Service) and/or EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management), you can also manage your device in the Customer Center.

The Swisscom website features a range of voice and data subscriptions Your employer will determine and communicate the NATEL® go subscriptions available to you.
Every subscription has a minimum contractual term of three months. Switching to a cheaper subscription during this period will result in a charge of CHF 300.– and cancelling the subscription during this period will result in a charge of CHF 500.–. At the end of the three-month period, it is possible to switch to a cheaper subscription and cancel the subscription without incurring additional costs.
Because the contractual partner for this offer is the employer, it cannot be integrated into a Swisscom bundle. Transferring your personal telephone number requires existing bundles to be cancelled.
Because the contractual partner for this offer is the employer, there is no discount on NATEL® go for Swisscom residential customers.
Register with your internal department to access the ordering platform (Online Shop). You will then receive an access code via e-mail allowing access to the Online Shop. You can order your subscription in the Online Shop.
You can switch to a NATEL® go subscription without paying a fee when the minimum contractual term for your Swisscom personal subscription expires. Prior to this, you will incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the Swisscom personal subscription contract.
Yes. You require an authorisation form to be completed and signed. This form is available in the Online Shop in step 4 ‘Telephone number options’.
You must check with your current provider about the costs incurred for porting your number.
If your employment comes to an end, you will no longer be eligible. You are responsible for cancelling your NATEL® go subscription or transferring it to a personal subscription.
When you enter a contract, the telephone number is in your employer’s name. If you leave the company, you have the option to transfer the number to a different contract.
If your subscription is stored in My Swisscom, you can transfer the telephone number online (in the menu, go to ‘Business’ and select ‘Transfer telephone number’ under the relevant subscription type).
No, first you need to switch to a Swisscom personal subscription so that the telephone number is in your name rather than your employer’s. After observing the standard 60-day notice period, you can contact your new provider to request number porting.
Each company has different payment arrangements for NATEL® go subscriptions. Ask your employer for more information.
Various payment methods are available: e-billing, TWINT, e-banking, direct debit, Debit Direct (Post Office direct debit) and credit card.
To pay by direct debit, please call 0800 800 800 to request a form. Complete the form and send it to your bank.
The information for setting up e-billing can be found in e-banking. When you use e-banking to pay your first bill, you will be asked if you want to use e-billing. Then follow the instructions.

If you pay for the monthly subscription yourself, you can access your bills at any time in My Swisscom. To do this, you need to have registered your mobile number in My Swisscom.
You can change your billing address in My Swisscom. Your saved billing address can be found under Profile > Manage address > Report a change of address.

Yes, once you have chosen a device in the Online Shop, select ‘Collect from a Swisscom Shop’ under delivery type. You will then be able to see the Swisscom Shops which have the device in stock. You can collect your reserved device on the same day.
You can have your device repaired in a Swisscom Shop.
