No, it is a freephone number. However, if a service is requested without a subscription, a charge of CHF 40.–/15 minutes will apply for the service. The price of the support will always be agreed with the customer before work starts.
Depending on the issue, a consultation can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
Yes, a minimum contract term of 12 months applies for all new subscriptions. If an additional option is added, the minimum contract period of the All-In package is extended by a further 12 months.
Yes, a My Service option (User or On-site) can be added at any time. Options are only available in combination with a My Service All-In package.
