Calls to all Swiss networks – 29 Rp./min Max. 3 minutes per call pay for calls up to two hours. The first 120 minutes on all mobile and fixed network calls within Switzerland and FL cost a maximum of 87 Rp. per call (3 minutes x 0.29 Rp./min). Each additional hour costs 60 centimes. Value-added services and special numbers are excluded.

Prerequisites
Prepaid Plus is a prepaid add-on package that can be purchased together with the prepaid basic tariff.

Validity and automatic renewal
The Prepaid Plus add-on package is valid for 30 calendar days and will automatically renew at midnight at the end of the 30 days, provided there is sufficient credit (e.g. purchase on 5.02.2021 at 17.00, valid until 4.03.2021 at 00.00). If there is insufficient credit at the time of automatic renewal, the renewal of the package will be temporarily suspended and usage will be charged at the base rate. As soon as sufficient credit is available again, automatic renewal will be reactivated and the credit will be charged with the package price. The automatic renewal of Prepaid Plus can be deactivated at cockpit.swisscom.ch.

Billing for non-included services
Non-included services are charged at the basic rate (e.g. calls at 29 cents/minute).

Lapse of included services
If the inclusive units for data are not used up within the validity period, they expire. The inclusive units for data are valid on the Swisscom mobile network (CH and FL). The inclusive units for SMS include sending within Switzerland and from Switzerland to abroad, chargeable SMS services are excluded.

Switch
A change to another package can be ordered at any time, but the new package will only be activated after the period of validity of the already active package has expired.

Fair Use Policy
The Prepaid Plus tariff is valid for normal personal use. If Swisscom proves that the use deviates significantly from normal use, or if there are indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dialing and permanent connections), Swisscom reserves the right at any time to discontinue or restrict the provision of services, or to take another appropriate measure.
