Paying by credit card

If you wish to use paid blue+ or blue TV Air content without having a subscription with Swisscom (mobile or inOne home), you do have the option of paying by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). 

Log into My Swisscom (Customer Center) to manage your payment options.   

Login

You need a Swisscom login to log into My Swisscom. You will have created this when you registered for blue TV. 

Managing your payment options

If you have a new credit card or your existing credit card has expired or is invalid for another reason, you will need to add your new credit card as a payment method so that it can be selected in a subsequent step. 

Proceed as follows: 

  1. To add a new payment option log into My Swisscom(opens in new tab).
  2. Go to your old credit card and select ‘Manage payment method’.
  3. Click ‘Change payment method for this service’.
  4. Select the newly entered credit card and confirm by selecting ‘Change payment method’.

Available app features

If you only use blue TV as an app without a Swisscom subscription (mobile or inOne home), various functions and content are available to you.
