How to prepare your order

We recommend ordering your new Apple products online as Shops often run out of the devices at the start of pre-sales. How to order successfully online:

 

  • Have your Swisscom Login ready. You will need this for ordering. If you do not yet have a login, register now.
  • Find the right inOne Mobile subscription for your new iPhone. Are you tied to another provider? We will take on the cancellation fees.
  • Have your document ready: CH/FL nationality > passport/ID, all others > residence/residence permit.





Save on the purchase of your iPhone

Save on the purchase of your iPhone by trading in your old smartphone with Swisscom Buyback. The value of your old device will be calculated when placing the order and deducted directly from the purchase price of your new iPhone.

Although you now choose your Mobile subscription and mobile phone separately, loyalty is still rewarded: if you opt to extend your contract, you can purchase a discounted mobile or pay for a device in instalments.
