What conditions apply to the subscription offer?

Sign up to a new blue Mobile 24 months or 36 months (depending on the chosen device payment model) subscription and enjoy:

Customers taking out a new blue Mobile subscription will receive the subscription for 69.90/month for the first 12 months. In conjunction with blue Internet in the same household (e.g. blue Internet S, 66.80/month), an additional Combi Discount of 20.–/month will apply, meaning that, for the first 12 months, the blue Mobile subscription will cost just 49.90/month. In this case, customers will enjoy a 31% discount on blue Mobile S (standard price 71.80/month), a 39% discount on blue Mobile M (standard price 81.80/month) or a 51% discount on blue Mobile L (standard price 101.80/month). After 12 months, the standard price of the subscription taken out applies. Offer not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions. Minimum contract period 24 months.

Fair Use Policy

The mobile subscriptions apply for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Outside of Switzerland, subscriptions apply for normal personal use while travelling and during temporary stays abroad. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it establishes that usage deviates significantly from the norm (e.g. use primarily outside of Switzerland), or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dial or continuous connections).

What is the switch offer?

The Swisscom switching offer enables customers and entire households to use the advantages of blue Mobile at any time, even if their contract with other providers is terminated early. For a change of provider with early porting of the phone number, switching costs of up to 500.– will be covered. These costs will be credited to the Swisscom bill over 12 months after the final invoice has been submitted. The offer applies to the blue mobile S, M or L tariffs, excluding ports from Coop Mobile, M-Budget and Wingo.
