WLAN name and password

Forgotten your WLAN name (SSID) or WLAN password. Need to change your details? You have the following options:

My Swisscom

You can easily view and adjust your WLAN information on My Swisscom.

Home App Not for customers with Internet-Box light; a WLAN connection is required.

You will find your WLAN information in the Home App.

Setting WLAN power-on times

You can determine when and for how long your WLAN should remain switched on. Different settings with various time periods are available for each weekday.Option 1 of 2

Web portal

You can easily view and adjust the settings on the Internet-Box Web portal.

Please note that you only have access to the Web portal when your home network is connected to your Internet-Box.

Proceed as follows:

  1. In the menu, click WLAN > Power-on time.
  2. Select the checkbox 'Activate WLAN power-on time'.
  3. For each weekday, you can now define the time period for which your WLAN is activated.
  4. Click Save.

You can easily adjust your WLAN power-on times in the Home App.
