WLAN name and password

Forgotten your WLAN name (SSID) or WLAN password. Need to change your details? You have the following options:

My Swisscom

It is easy to view and adjust your WLAN information in the My Swisscom Web or app.

Option 2 of 2

Web portal

You can easily view and adjust the settings at https://internetbox.home

You only have access to the Web portal when you are connected to your Internet-Box within your home network.

Proceed as follows:

  1. In the menu, click WLAN > Settings.
  2. Enter a new WLAN name (SSID).
  3. Click Save.

Set WLAN standby times

You can determine when and for how long your WLAN should remain switched on. Different settings with various time periods are available for each weekday.Option 1 of 2

My Swisscom

Activate WLAN standby times via web or app. The WLAN then switches on and off automatically. This also means you save energy.

Option 2 of 2

Web portal

You can easily view and adjust the settings on the Internet-Box Web portal.
Go to Web portal

Please note that you only have access to the Web portal when your home network is connected to your Internet-Box.
