The Online Shop accepts various payment methods, such as eBill (electronic billing), credit cards (VISA/MasterCard), TWINT, e-banking (bank transfer), direct debit (LSV+) and cash payments in a Swisscom Shop or at a post office counter (for a fee). We also offer Swisscom Pay, which allows you to pay conveniently via your Swisscom bill.

The shipping costs and estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed during the ordering process. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If the item you ordered is defective or does not work properly, please contact Swisscom Support. We will help you resolve the issue and arrange for a repair or replacement if necessary.

Yes, we generally offer a 2-year warranty on devices purchased from Swisscom. Apple devices and accessories are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty and a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. We also offer optional Easy Protection insurance, which provides extended coverage.
